Itinerary

Day 1-Palangka Raya - Katingan Regency - Sebangau National Park

Pick up, briefing and departure from the hotel at 8 am, continued by land journey directly to Jahanjang Village, located in Katingan Regency. continued by land journey directly to Jahanjang Village, located in Katingan Regency. Then Transfer using a small boat along the Katingan River then enter the Punggu Alas peat river towards the Talali basecamp area. This base camp is located in the village forest area bordering the Sebangau National Park-Camp Punggu Alas area. Travel time along the river is approximately 1 hour. Arrive at the Talali basecamp to rest and then in the afternoon continue the journey along the river and trekking to visit the sebangau national park area to observe the flora and fauna around Punggu Alas Camp. Lunch adjust time and place. Evening activities at the Talali campsite include dinner, activities around the campsite, and briefing for the 2nd day's activities. After that, rest overnight at the guest house of talali camp (L/D)

Day 2 – Talali Basecamp - Sebangau National Park

After waking up There are several options to start trekking activities, namely at 05 am till 8 am in the morning before or after breakfast, preparation and briefing. continued by following the river and trekking activities in the Punggu Alas forest area or the Hapakat Karuing village forest area. carried out from morning to noon or can also be divided into 2 sessions with each session lasting approximately 2 hours of trip activity. With the aim of increasing the chances of finding orangutans or other animals (if lucky). Day 3 – Talali Camp – Karuing Orangutan Island – Palangka Raya

After packing and having breakfast, at 7 am we took a boat to Karuing village. Arriving in Karuing village we will be greeted with the traditional ritual of Tampung Tawar Then continue to visit the School, see local activities, visit cafes and others. after that continue the journey by boat to Kereng Pakahi port and

change car transportation to Palangka Raya. Lunch adjusts to the time and place. Visit the orangutan prerelease island managed by BOSF Nyaru Menteng. follow the rules set by the manager. finished from the orangutan island. drop off to the hotel in Palangka Raya. arrive at the hotel the tour is over and thank you for your visit (B/L)
